Shayna-Lyn Sagadraca, MBA, BSBA
Fisheries Certification Program Administrator

Shayna-Lyn Sagadraca joined MRAG Americas as a Fisheries Certification Program Administrator in February 2026. She received her MBA in Health Systems Management from Grand Canyon University in 2024, two BSBAs in Cybersecurity and Marketing from the University of Louisville in 2022, as well as her AA & AS from Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2018. Prior to joining MRAG Americas, Shayna worked in logistics and supply chain management as a business analyst and has held administrative and supervisory positions before that. While earning her bachelor’s degree, she also completed a 2-year internship in digital marketing. In her free time, Shayna enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, traveling, as well as exploring nearby cities and national/state parks.
